Hi pressure to accept offer much lower than list price. Essentially turned on seller just to close a deal. Thought we were originally happy and in the end very disappointed with how every detail was handled. Don't trust unless you have a simple transaction.

Sold our home in 3 months, both ends of deal for 20 grand in her pocket...never heard from her again....no thank you or anything.

In tune with the market....believed in our property when other realtors wanted us to give it away. Passionate and caring.

She was not helpful in knowing prices of houses in our area. Told us we should offer what we think. Had me do the phoning around to get details about my house when she should have been doing that . Made us drive her around to see houses. Just wanted to make her money and did not care about helping us .
