Lee encouraged me to double end the listing and she would represent the buyer and seller. She lied and told me there were other offers and encouraged me to pay $20,000 over list-and not get a home inspection. There were no other offers AND there was serious foundation issues that cost thousands to fix. I found all this out 4 years later when I attempted to sell the house. I lost $25,000 on the sale of the house as a result. Don’t trust this agent! - Kathy Jones

Lee will sell you property and then make promises about how she'll always be available to help you with anything, like finding renters, etc. The truth is, she will take her commission and go to Hawaii immediately. Do not trust her promises. She doesn't care about you. - Annonymous
