Very dishonest. Will tell you that he will do something or fix a problem, and then skip out on vacation. Will also say things that aren't true. Don't trust him.

Had Billy and Larry for both buying and selling agents on a few houses. Was building a relationship until the relationship had to pay me back. Do not use this team. You can sell your house yourself and save 6%
