How do addresses work?
Addresses determine your ranking in each city or neighbourhood.
You only get to rank in a city or neighbourhood that you have a rating in.
Why do I need to edit addresses?
Occasionally clients will leave you a rating with the wrong address, or with the neighbourhood missing. To correct such problems and present your track record more accurately, we give you the ability to edit the address for all your ratings.
Will addresses be displayed on the rating?
No, ratings will only display the neighbourhood and city of each rating. We do store the street address associated with each rating. This data is kept private and may be used to verify transactions.
He recently was my agent because I was looking into purchasing a home that was listed as a short-sale. I will not get into too much detail but throughout the process he kept making everything sound like my fault. He said he was timely in his responses, but really he was not. I would fill out certain documents and he would "OK" them and then I would get a response from the individual who the documents were for and they would inform me that I did not fill them out correctly. He tries to communicate effectively and in a timely manner so harrasses you until you answer his calls and does not comprehend that people have lives. If you don't answer his calls he will send you a followup message and text, and when you do call him back he gets angry that you took so long to reply. (When in reality it isn't that long). He lacks professionalism and empathy in the sense that he does not fully explain himself or processes and rather copies and pastes "realtor-speak" and then tells you that he "understands that you do not have the competency to understand the difficulty of the process". He belittled me to the point where I was almost in tears many times. He lies about contacting people, and tells everyone involved different things and is never straight with his stories. He told me he wasn't trying to "pry" and understand what was going on in my life dealing with certain things and questioned my intent on the purchase many times, and then use everything I told him in confidence against me to make it look like it was my fault. Not to mention, many times he would copy my email and add people into our emails that I did not know, or give permission to read my messages. What you tell your realtor is supposed to be kept private. He even had the seller in some of our messages which contained personal information. All in all, even though the short-sale process is a mess and it is never a guarantee, I truly believe that Mark was the reason I lost the house.
