This man knows nothing about selling a house. He cost my daughter a pile of money when she listed with him. He didn't stage the house as promised and she ended up selling it on her own. He wanted her to move out so he could stage it for a quick sale. There was no staging, no quick sale! He doesn't know his business and certainly was not at all interested in getting her house sold. There are many agents out there, shop around! Bird needs to learn what honesty and integrity are! - Darlene
