As a landlord, Jason is incompetent and dishonest - pay attention to the other reviews. He has screwed up paperwork, did not complete repairs in a reasonable time (weeks to months) and had people enter the house without notice. Terrible. - Nina
Jason Sims and everyone at Agent Realty were excellent. Not only did they show me the listings I wanted to see, based on my needs and what I was looking for they found other listings. Considering my children’s ages and interests, Jason suggested neighbourhoods we had not even considered and boy was he right? He also has a lot of experience and connections and was aware of listings before they were even put on the market so we were able to do our homework in advance and get in quickly with a competitive offer. It’s been a real challenge finding a place that meets our budget and all of our wish lists but somehow Jason made it happen! He is the best realtor in town. - Jane S
Complete donkey. Doesn't not keep his word. He will lie to you . Do not even consider using him. Currently taking him to court to try to recoupe my funds. He threatened me and my wife. I am spreading the word so other people don't suffer the same fate. BEWARE - James Ceeler
By far the worst landlord I have ever had. Unresponsive and drunk all the time, never rent from him or his company. - Anonymous
I used Jason in the past, I liked his honesty - Maria Jones
Keen knowledge of the London housing market. Awesome negotiator, he saved us thousands and found us a property we were able to resell a few years later with a 6 figure profit. We have used him 5 times and would never use anyone else! - Sarah thompson
Jason has done a horrible job for us and after a couple of month we decided it wasn't worth the inconvenience and that we didn't want to sell. The second we told Jason Sims that he refused to take any of our calls or to return our communication. We contacted him, his second in command and his secretary over 40 times and he refused to respond. It took seven days to get ahold of him and this was only when we took the sign down ourselves and put the staging furniture on our driveway that he came by to get them but he still ignored our requests to take the home off the market and requests for showings continued to come in. Jason took the lock box (and our key) with him 48 hours ago and he refuses to return it or to respond regarding it. We have to go and file a police report to try and get it back tomorrow, we will have to change our locks, and we now have to file complaints with the London and Ontario Real Estate Boards. I posted a comment about what we should do on a local London Moms group I belong to and he had done the same to three other families so far!!!! Agent Realty used to be a lot bigger but they went from hundreds of agents to just the owner Jason, his girlfriend Monica and 4 other agents I believe so it's really small and mickey mouse now. I think he is looking to get into something new and is just trying to make as much as he can on the way out but its at the expense of real people that he basically holds hostage once they sign his contract. We felt that Jason did a lousy job of trying to sell our house and his conduct when we no longer wanted to sell has been abhorrent. You would be silly to even consider buying or selling a house with Jason Sims or with Agent Realty in my opinion. If I could rate my experience a zero I would. I wish someone had warned us so I hope this saves other families the same grief! Imagine your agent not returning the key to your home?! - K and A
In the end our home was sold, but the agent was unethical and misrepresented himself in multiple ways. Watch out for this used-car salesman.
Jason Sims sold a 4 bedroom house that I had been renting for 4 years. I agreed to hand over the keys while I was on vacation for 7 days after he convinced me that was best for everyone. He took everything I owned include live animals and locked them in a hot unweathered shed in the backyard. He broke my furniture and made it irreparable. Dismantled all of my things and put my clothing etc into garbage bags. Turned my office into a children’s bedroom and had the nerve to tell me not to allow my dog onto his staging pillows. He demanded I leave the house in a staged position. I didn’t even have kitchen utensils any longer as they were stuffed in a huge shed full of my belongings. He threatened to call animal services on me because I had trusted my neighbour to feed my cat while I was gone and he claimed she was a drug addict. This woman had fed my cats for all vacations I had been on for years and was very trustworthy. I ended up calling the police on him after he threatened me and demanded I bag up all staging equipment and have it ready for him. All around nightmare and extremely unprofessional! - Terri-Anne Norwood-Shaw
