First time home buyers.We knew little about the process. We'd ask several questions through a single email, would receive a single yes or no, not explanation of which question the answer applied too. She lost our contact number and blamed us for not responding to an email that we never received. Not professional, not helpful, and made the first time buying experience overwhelming.
