I went to see one of her house in Lawrence park last summer. I was surprised by the amount of lies she told us: she said the cost to gut a 5000 ft.² detached house be around $150,000. During our viewing in the middle of Covid she picked up her phone and talked for 10 minutes in front of us making us very uncomfortable, her attitude was not very nice either. Back in the days when There is no Internet people rely on those agents, but right now you have all the data you had to make a decision those agents should never be justified to charge 2.5% commission especially given today’s house in price.
