Has a great sales pitch - does not listen to the seller brought two offers 150 plus less than we were asking all he kept saying was needed lots of work when we priced the home we had taken that into consideration for the asking price we knew the location would sell it - we stood firm and got close to what we were asking - we found him very scattered and unorganized - times mixed up on open houses. In my observations, he has no regard for the interest of the general public, especially when it comes to honoring his word. - Another victim

He was trying to sell my house for me said it would be sold in 90 days and if it didn't he would have took off half of his commission. It took 145 days and he didn't honour his word. I ended up getting 45000 dollars below what he suggested it was worth. Save your time and money and use someone honest. - Gwen Cathcart
