So she came to my house, she was so exited and said all kind of good things about my house, she said she confidence to sell it in two weeks. I wasn’t healthy myself so I let her get the contract, I told her I will have three months with her, signed it without read it ( the most stupid thing I ever done to myself because I trusted her ), she made it 4 months , from $699k she made me dropped it to $599 in 1 month and half , she said all kind of bad things about my house at the moment, and gave me so much pressure because she knew I am in a tough situation with my ex, she yelled at me when I called her and tell her I don’t want to do this anymore, she called me that I am a abuse her , how?????? I am so done with this narcissist person, she blamed everything on me after made me spent over 7k to fix stuffs in my house that I do not need to. Please beware of her, because I will report her to reco, I will use my two years left in this world to make sure she can’t do this to anyone anymore. Now I am still stuck with her for another month, and I had to called the other agent to give them abetter deal so I can sell my house, I know I am not supposed to do that but I was so stress with her, just to let it done, and yes, she called my mortgate company and tell them that I will not sell the house because I am not willing to lower the price, and the mortgate company will come and kick me out of the house soon since my ex is not willing to help me pay bills and mortgate while he moved out suddenly, I am suffering enough but she just added in more, if you want to be ruined like me, hire her, but I will make sure before I die, she will lose her license so she will never have a chance to make someone else suffer like me again…. - Anna Nguyen
Reply: Anna, it is very disappointing and disturbing to read this review. I did what you and your husband contracted me to do plus more within the listing terms & time frame. In this volatile market I was able to put you in a competing multiple offer scenario. You and your husband gave me directions and terms on which to negotiate. I did just that. After several days back and forth with all the buyers, you both decided you would accept one of the offers. To write a review that is demeaning & untrue with statements threatening to put me out of business is very disturbing to the point of frightful. I have been representing buyers and sellers for 32 years. Your inability to take responsibility for your decisions and actions should be of great concern to all who have personal and business relationships with you. I trust that you and Rate-My -Agent will do the right thing and remove these untrue and threatening statements from their website and the internet within 24 hours of me replying to this review as requested by Rate-My-Agent so that they can conduct a review. It is absolutely amazing to me that Rate-My-Agent does not verify reviews before publishing threats of such nature. BARBARA
