She was very unprofessional with my husband and I. I have trouble understanding how someone as rude and argumentative as Ms. Boisclair could be employed as an agent. I would assume that she has very little experience with housing transactions after watching her fumble through the documents... I would recommend to others to stay WELL CLEAR of this one.
