Chris was extremely determined to sell my house and went above and beyond what I've come to expect as "the norm" from experiences I've had with other agents. I had decided to go with Chris as he was a newer agent and therefore, I'd hoped, more eager and enthusiastic. This turned out to be true and Chris came with the added bonus of an uncanny knowledge of real estate beyond what his experience would suggest. As it turned out Chris was the full package and able to sell my home after only 3 weeks on the market, well before what I had anticipated. FYI I heard from a friend that he is also a Paramedic!
