Buyers and Sellers beware; Heide Walker is not the real estate agent you want working for you. She is anxious to get you to sign a contract however, she will neither go over it with you nor give you a hard copy for your records. She charges 6% commission, claiming that "You getwhat you pay for" and proceed to do as little work as possible for you. She will only host one open house and her mls spec/listing sheets are b&w photocopies on blue, yellow, and white paper. She is lazy, unethical, and very disorganized. In a nutshell, GREED = Heide Walker. Be very careful before signing on with her. Our experience has been awful, and RECO & TREB will basically just give her a slap on the hand for the things she does/doesn't do.
