We bought our first home with Mr. Inglis and the experience was great! However, two years later we sold that home and bought a new home using him again; this time things weren't so good. He failed to represent and protect me as a buyer which ultimately cost me approximately $5,000 in repairs. I didn????t ask the man for any compensation or fee discount; I simply wanted to rely my disappointment with his lack of attention to detail and he was very defensive, non-apologetic and altogether rather rude to me. Although his commission was on the high side of the local range and unlike many other realtors he does not give any benefits or incentives back (even for a loyal repeat customer), I thought he would be worth it ?????unfortunately I was dead wrong! He is semi-retired and I don't believe his heart is in the business anymore. He has lost his edge and the genuine care for his clients that he once had. At one time I would recommend this man as he was once great but now I see he is only in it for the money. Employ at your own risk!
