He was awful. Promised to get us a certain amount of money, then when the first offer came, at 20,000$ less than what he promised us, he told us (in September) that it was late in the year, and we probably wouldnt sell it if we waited. Terrible. Seemed like this was his first house. Wouldnt get back to us after we sold. Wouldnt give us our keys back.
