TERRIBLE, terrible agent. The most incompetent, arrogant, useless agent. Total waist of time. Posted the most ridiculous picture of the property, as if deliberately trying not to sell it. Does absolutely no work to attract buyers. in 60 days did not generate a single offer. this property is in prime location and should have sold in two weeks, much like its comparables. this awful agent doesn't pull the listing out when I asked him, let it stay in MLS for 60 days. on top of that refuses to release the listing for 90 days, which means if I sell it with another agent he should get commission. He did not declare this in the agreement. WORST AGENT EVER. DO NOT WORK WITH THIS CON-ARTIST.
