This agent did not follow proper procedure and did not perform a title search prior to listing my home as a short-sale. As a result, a lot of people were disappointed when an issue came up with the title during the underwriting process several months in to the sale. Instead of owning up to her oversight she quickly withdrew from our business transaction and blamed me completely "out of the blue." During the sale process she was dishonest and very pushy. She even went as far as to become verbally abusive towards me through e-mail when I became confused and frustrated and questioned her about her withdrawing from the sale of my property. She never apologized to me for her actions after I proved her accusations against me were unfounded. Would not recommend unless you want a lot of undo stress and drama on top of an already extremely stressful time in your life. She would probably be fine to work with as long as she doesn't make a mistake. If she does you will be "thrown under the bus" so proceed with caution.
