This agent suggested to make a more appealing offer than someone else was currently presenting by having less conditions attached like a home inspection. When I went to see it on my daughters behalf I found the foundation was cracked and leaking which Barbara promptly replied that Wise Cracks claimed they could fix it. That's Dirty!!!
