what a terrible human being. tried getting me to sign a document that was incomplete and would have made the sale final! good thing i stood my ground and said no because after showing it to my lawyer, he said that i would have had to pay a few thousand dollars right after i moved in for some condo repairs!!! stay away from this guy!
