We worked with Alex for 6 weeks looking for a home to purchase w/cash. Alex showed us approximately 10 houses during this time but only three caught our eye. Two of the three houses we saw went under contract the same day we checked them out. The third house had really high taxes. At the end of the six weeks we got an email from Alex accusing us of not being ready to buy a home and how he needed to focus on other clients and not us. This was a shock to us since we diligently searched online and drove around neighborhoods looking for listings on our own. He even offered to pawn us off on someone else in his office. If he wasn't willing to put in the work, he should have told us from the beginning. Alex even told us what's out there is out there and will not change. He did not make himself available on weekends and we would have to email him twice on numerous days to get a response. We feel like we are the ones that wasted time dealing with someone that didn't give 100%. We didn't know there was a limit on how long to search for a home without settling. Proceed with caution when working with Alex and make sure he's on the same page as you. We would not recommend him to anyone.
