This realtor brought ruin and financial clamity on me and my family as newcomers. We trusted him as a compatriot and I lost all our savings we brought from my home country just because of his misconduct. I sent a complaint to Real Estate of Toronto (RECO) in 2012. Accordingly, RECO issued an official warning for his failure to protect buyer's interests and enforced a requirement on him to complete "Ethics and business Practice Course". I have sued him for his considerable negligence and misrepresentation and the litigation is underway in the court.
