If you are a single woman, look out for George Hahn. If you are a woman, single, and happen to be black with a hispanic sir name, you better run from George Hahn. Agent Hahn has disrespected me and used race to weed me out both as a new home buyer in a particular neighborhood and steer me to another less desirable neighborhood for blacks and hispanics. I contacted George Hahn via the internet. All I wanted was information about 55+ active communities in the Tampa area. I was contacted immediately with questions about what I was looking for in a home and information about myself. I didn????t think much about it at the time, but many of the questions he asked, later turned out were so he could steer me away from a particular subdivision that caters to 55+ adults in the area SE of Tampa. Without qualifying me financially, Mr. Hahn kept trying to push me toward a more less desirable area. I know what he did to me is against the law, but I don????t want to get involved in that whole process. I????m writing and posting this so that no other woman has to be treated as I have been treated and go through the degradation and embarrassment. Do yourself a favor, do not use George Hahn or his website 55Places.com or his company REMAX Bayside Apollo Beach for any real estate deal.
