I found Fay to be dishonest and sleazy. She seemed to have problems understanding English which created too many unnecessary misunderstandings and she would get into fights with the other agents. She ruined our home buying experience and I lost out on homes because she seemed very immature. Her partner Mark wasn't as bad but not impressed with him either.
