Marilyn Eben was the worst agent I have ever used. She listed our house for sale and offered no suggestions on any updates we should make before listing our house. She took horrible photos of our house and did not even include photos of every room in the listing. Nine other homes in our neighbor came up for sale and sold while ours has been listed for six months with hardly any lookers. Those homes ranged in condition from horrible to pretty nice and half were less expensive than our and the other half were asking more. When doing a google search of all homes for sale in our zip code our house did not show up on the various web sites most of the time. To make matters worse whenever I called Mrs. Eben she would take a few days to get back to me!!! In six months we have had a total of 16 showings and each time I've had to call Mrs. Eben to see if I could get any feedback from the other agents. This was like pulling teeth and I never got any real feedback. I will never use Mrs. Eben again when we try to sell again shortly we will go with another agent.
