Stan was a pleasure to work with. He made sure to fully review the properties with us so we felt comfortable with our decisions. When we put an offer on a place he calmed our first time buyer nerves and calmly phoned us when we got anxious to make sure we felt good. Stan also worked within our budget and didn't pressure us into spending more than we wanted. He had great connections with brokers and inspectors which facilitated an "easy" transaction.
