I just have to say that Andy is truly looking out for the BUYER'S BEST interests and wants the buyer to purchase a home that they will be happy with. Andy looks for value in properties and considers the buyer's wants and needs in evaluating potential purchases. All in all Andy is GREAT and HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
