As far as realtors go, he's one of the better ones. But be warned that his friendliness & helpfulness is not always genuine, which is surprising b/c he appears to be a good person. So what you see is not always what you get; my impression working w/ him is that he can be two faced-it can be unclear who he's trying to represent-the buyer or seller, even though you may have hired him only for one of the above. My experience is that he can be unprofessional/unethical and do things that hurt the client he supposed to be representing, just as long as it benefits him.
