He did not pass along information from the seller to buyer, despite being expected to do so by his client, nor did he respond to some key questions by phone or email. He completely dropped contact with the buyer's rep once the sale was firm, even though there were loose ends to tie up. He seemed interested in his commission and nothing else, and epitomized borderline professional ethics. His attitude nearly made us not want to make an offer on the house and we suspect there's a reason his number contains 666!
