I'm a first time home buyer and was encouraged by Sandy's friendliness when I first began talking with her. As soon as I started working with her, though, she told me she wouldn't be working with me in the initial house hunting process, one of her "showers," Megan would. Megan cancelled on me three times in a week, sometimes not even telling me she wouldn't make it until after our scheduled appointment. When I confronted Sandy about this, she defended Megan and was in complete denial of the lack of professionalism and lies of her staff. I will never work with Sandy or Mark Z's team again. I'm glad that I became aware of their lack of professionalism before I closed a deal and entered into any significant financial deal with them. BEWARE!
