She was very cooperative and collegial and helped us pick a price that was fair and accurately reflected market conditions - we sold in days! She is highly responsive and used her excellent negotiation skills to play hardball with the buyer when needed. She had our listing up very quickly here and in Toronto. She worked as a team and marketed hard - offering two open houses immediately and canvassing our neighbourhood with hundreds of flyers. She is very resourceful, intuitive, creative, and her business background, along with her experience with legal paperwork, made our transaction go very smoothly. I can’t recommend her enough and would use her again in a heartbeat!
