When we needed a quick pre-offer home inspection, she called her in contacts and made it happen in a timely manner. When we found the home we ended up buying, she helped us gauge what our maximum price should be and we felt no pressure from her to offer. Selling: What struck us about Amber when we initially made contact with her she was very strategic with what to improve and what to work on to get our existing home ready for sale. Other realtors had a 'don't worry it'll sell' attitude. She was interested in us getting a competitive price. When we contacted her in 2022, the real estate market had been doing crazy ups and downs, but she spoke knowledgeably using years and time periods to compare what our home may be work the following year when we knew interest rates with spike and demand was slightly unknown. She compared our house to other listings noting very specific things that differed from our home to the other sales in our neighborhood. When it came time to sell, she helped us with timing for the market and connected us with a great stager. Our home ended up selling before it even had a change to go on the market and sold above asking! She helped walk us through all the little details to keep in mind when we took possession of our new home, and things to keep in mind that we prepped for the new owners of our previous home.
