I was recommended to anat through my brother in law who had issues with a deadbeat tenant that he got rid of after much time and effort. Anat was able to clean up the unit stage it and sell it for him. She was incredibly helpful and very knowledgeable. She listed our condo and had it rented in good time but told me from the outset she was very discriminating and won’t just rent it to anyone. She also flushed out a dishonest applicant right away so she really used her professional judgment to save the day. She is a keeper and I will use her again. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HER TO YOU.
