Ashlyn Baker - so much to say. Wasn’t expecting to have Ashlyn as our agent but so glad we did. We hit the ground running. She proficiently and patiently navigated the schedules of my daughter, her young son and I. She went out of her way to accommodate viewings, sometimes fitting in more than initially planned. Responsiveness was excellent! Never a doubt that you wouldn’t receive a response in a very timely manner. She listened to the our needs and acted on them. She never failed to accommodate in a cheerful, caring way. Her advice was sound and her patience in explaining challenging concepts repeatedly was over and above. She was always punctual and if there was a risk of her being late due to her dizzying schedule, we were alerted in advance.
