Barry was fantastic - from appraising our home's value to help with staging advice and getting us sold at 98% of list in 3 days. Further, after closing the sale Barry worked with us to find a great home in our perfect neighborhood, and in a hot market got us the deal on the first home we liked enough to even make an offer on, not even counting the fact that we loved this place and would have been heartbroken to lose it.
