While this agent found us a tenant relatively quickly, she made an error in the lease agreement that her Broker had to compensate us for, and which ended up creating a problem with the tenant. The tenant that she found broke the lease agreement, which was not her fault, however when I tried to reach her to discuss the situation, (per the suggestion of her Broker) she was very slow to respond. She finally sent an email: "... too busy with the sales at this moment and no time to work with (the) renters. Please find someone else for this job." Very unprofessional, and dismissive considering she received her fee for doing very little work. She has poor command of the English language which made it difficult to discuss finer details. Would definitely not recommend.
