We had met Bill 27 years ago when he had made it possible for us to purchase our house at that time. Going forward, when it was time to sell our house Bill would be the one to do that for us . We had Bill come by and look at the house, he had given us suggestions of work that had to be done. Bill went above and beyond by arranging contractors also deep cleaning, staging, photography, and a drone tour of the house. Anytime we had any questions throughout this process he was there for us. He and his team put a lot of time and effort in the sale of our house, as the market was starting to decline. Bill did not disappoint us as it sold in a short period of time .
