Brennan was very friendly and easygoing, and easy to talk to. He had a good working knowledge of the area where we were shopping, as well as what to look for/be careful of when house shopping, ie structural, cosmetic, which things would be hard to fix, which would be easy to fix, etc. He also had a very good grasp of things to look out for that may not be obvious at first glance. Brennan made the entire process painless and simple, and thoroughly explained everything as we went along. I always felt that I was in the loop in regards to where we were in the process of the deal.
