Excellent Realtor, his knowledge of construction is exceptional. He knows his stuff, he is not pushy, he pointed out a few things on a house we loved, we walked away, we drove by a few weeks back and they are replacing the roof and gutters! we were very lucky and are satisfied. Would use him again anytime and would be comfortable referring him to anyone looking for a professional realtor.
