As first time home buyers, she truly helped relieve a lot of stress that occurs during the home buying process. Any questions or concerns we had, Calista was always on top of it, and would find us a solution or answer in a timely manner. As newcomers to BC, she was also able to offer us an extensive list of referrals from insurance providers, lawyers, cleaner, home renovation, and local hot spots to visit, etc. We never felt pressured during the buying process. Calista was very patient with us, and even drove us to several viewings because we didn’t have a car. When we were ready to put in an offer, she used her savvy negotiation skills to help us secure ‘THE PROPERTY’ we loved the most! Even after our closing date, I appreciated that there was still an open channel of communication in case we had issues. To say she went above and beyond is an understatement. As there was an existing tenant, she helped to communicate on our behalf with the tenant to ensure rent was paid on time, to organizing a professional cleaning before our move-in, and even came with us for the final walk through.l!
