Cam was very helpful supporting me during the sale transaction of an investment property. As a resident who resides on the east coast, selling a property in the west was going to come with some unique challenges. Cam was quick to assist with transitioning away from my property management company and took care of all of “on the ground” requirements in order to facilitate the transaction. He kept me up to date with the changing market trends and offered recommendations to adapt my sales strategy. I enjoyed my time working with Cam and my only regret is that I didn’t get to meet him in person.
