I've dealt with Candice Dyer from buying and selling and she was a curse. I wish I had known that she had lost her license four (4!) times for unethical behavior. She caused nothing but problems, ignored my need / want / hate list, only wanted to show me houses that she was selling, tried to get extra commission out of house deals and screwed up purchases and sales because of it. She also brags about how much money she makes flipping houses (unethically - without showing them to other possible buyers first). Do yourself a huge favor and stay away.
