We had an accepted offer on a house with her. On the day of inspection Candice wasn't available to take our call. We got a call an hour or two later noting that she meanwhile took another offer and that if we wanted to still have a chance to owning this house, we should increase our offer!!! Oh Please.... After speaking with real estate board it became obvious what she did was wrong and that her license would get revoked. We did not want to go to this extend and ruin her life. My wife was devastated.
