Carrie was incredible. Went above and beyond her duties. Care and compassion was shown throughout our journey in house buying. Lots of obstacles but Carrie always pulled out ‘magic’ out of her hat. She was considerate to my sister knowing she had a stroke and aphasia. Carrie was amazing and should be the highest honour of any agent
