We just purchased our first house with Cathy Polan and I can't say enough good things about her! She was knowledgeable, helpful, understanding, flexible, very quick to respond and had the patience of a saint. Neither my husband or I have ever gone through the buying process before and she was there with us the whole way no matter how many silly questions we'd ask. Everything went smoother then I ever could have imagined and we are very happy with our new home. I will be referring her to everyone I know.
