After dealing with two retailers in the past, and being very frustrated, upset and feeling defeated after both experiences. We came across Chad, who was so helpful, kind, and understanding. He helped explain everything to a T, which we had never had before. My husband and I, finally started to enjoy the process of finding the perfect house for us. He walked us through financial strategies and explained everything, to make sure we were comfortable and that we understood everything, big or small that not many other realtors will take the time to do. He showed so much compassion and love towards us that just blew our minds away. I truly don’t know another realtor that is genuinely in this profession to help and make a difference in your life other than Chad. Most are in it just to make a sale and that’s all you are to them, but not Chad. We couldn’t be happier to have been able to work with him and find our perfect home.
