We didn't complete the transaction yet. However we were shown the properties (houses) and Chamila have shown us how to evaluate build qualities of the them. He is very knowledgeable, and posses excellent judgement regarding real state properties and their real values based on current trends. Also, he had the capacity to understand what our needs were and, apparently selected properties that matched our needs. There was no pressure on his part, and was very patient with our inquires, and went out of his way to find answers for our questions.
