I called Chris McRae because I did my homework and found out who the top selling agent was in Chilliwack and his name came up, and one other which I haven't heard many good things about LOL. Since the initial meeting with Chris at my condominium which I was selling, he was professional, knowledgeable and forthright with all answers and information to my questions and concerns.  We sold within 10 days,  it was streamline and efficient throughout those 10 days. I would recommend Chris McRae to anybody that is selling or purchasing in the Chilliwack and surrounding area.  He's very personable, and that makes the stress of moving a little less, when working with Chris and his team.
