Daniel left the selling contract expiry date blank, had my elderly mom and her brother sign it and then put in his own, much longer than normal date. They didn't realize this until they fired his @$$ and he was still entitled to commissions. The realty co. he was with ended up providing another realtor that had to clean up his mess. Daniel is not to be trusted. Did a poor job when actually did something and had the gall a year or so later to call and as if he could use my mom as a reference.
