i asked Dave to hire a home inspector ,i was moving from Ottawa ,did not know any home inspectors in Barrie.This summer i had 7 gas leaks in my house 4 of them were in the ceiling of the finished basement, a water leak in the finished basement as well,the kitchen exhaust hood is connected to a hole that is way off where it suppose to be so they used lot of tape to cover and batch lots of holes ,a pcvc elbow that is right on the top of the house electrical panel if a leak happened it will set the whole house on fire .
i do not know how Dave walker's home inspector oversee all these unsafe illegal practices.
