Absolutely pathetic customer service. Do not buy a house where she is the selling agent and definetly do not use her to sell your home. She never responded to any calls or texts so I went in to her office. Her assistant said she was very busy and she would contact me when she could... 5 months later still haven't had a call back at all. Stay far away from Diane she is not good at what she does.
